Vigilance Awareness Week Commences at NTPC Sipat with Integrity Pledge
Sipat : Vigilance Awareness Week at NTPC Sipat commenced on 27th October 2025 with the administration of the Integrity Pledge. On this occasion, Shri Vijay Krishna Pandey, Executive Director & Head of Project, and Shri Surojit Sinha, General Manager (Operation & Maintenance), administered the pledge of honesty and integrity to all officers and employees.
It is noteworthy that Vigilance Awareness Week is being observed from 27th October to 2nd November 2025 on the theme “Vigilance: Our Shared Responsibility.” During the pledge ceremony, General Managers, Heads of Departments, senior officials and employees reaffirmed their commitment to eliminating corruption and pledged to strengthen a transparent and value-based work culture.
Throughout the week, various activities related to vigilance awareness are being organized, including an essay competition for employees’ family members, a quiz competition for employees, street plays, speech competitions, and wall painting and poster-making competitions for students of Bal Bharti School to promote the spirit of integrity and vigilance among the younger generation.
Vigilance Awareness Week at NTPC Sipat is being observed as a collective endeavour to reinforce the values of integrity, transparency, and public interest.
