Participation of women and children was particularly noteworthy. Women were advised on maternal health, nutrition, and hygiene, while children underwent checks for height, weight, dental and eye health, and nutrition status.

After registration, each patient was examined, and free medicines were provided as required. Trained pharmacists also explained the proper usage of the medications.

The health awareness session conducted by the Adani Foundation team focused on preventive measures against dengue, malaria, typhoid, bone weakness, and seasonal illnesses. Doctors emphasized the importance of regular health check-ups.

Hundreds of residents from Khamharia and nearby villages attended the camp. Arrangements for smooth registration, consultations, medicine distribution, drinking water, shade, and seating were well organized.

The camp was inaugurated by Khamharia Gram Panchayat Sarpanch Smt. Saroj Chhatri with a lamp-lighting ceremony. Representatives of the Adani Foundation, Panchayat members, medical team, and village dignitaries were present. Sarpanch Chhatri said, “This initiative has greatly benefited the village. We hope such camps are held every year.”
