Mass Pep Talk at NTPC Unchahar for Store and Auto Base Workers
On 16th August 2025, a Mass Pep Talk was organised at the NTPC Unchahar for Store and Auto Base workers. The session witnessed enthusiastic participation of workers and was aimed at reinforcing the importance of safety in every activity to achieve the goal of zero accidents.
HODs of C&M, Safety, and Project addressed the gathering and motivated the workforce, while HOSs of respective departments and senior executives also marked their presence. Incidents recall case studies and common hazards in working at height, material handling, hot work and road safety; their prevention and precautions were shared with them.
Health hazards during summer season, smoking and tobacco related diseases, TB, malaria, dengue and their prevention were also discussed by the medical team.
The session also included a Safety Quiz, where winners were recognised and awarded by senior officials, making the pep talk both informative and engaging.
