Major Step for Rural Health: Multispecialty Camp Benefits Hundreds in Parsa

164 villagers receive free treatment and consultation; free medicines, eye tests with spectacles, ECG and blood pressure screening provided

Udaypur,Ambikapur : Adani Tracks Management Services Limited (ATMSL), in collaboration with its CSR wing, Adani Foundation, organized a multispecialty health camp on Monday, 29 September 2025, at the market shed in Parsa. The camp aimed to provide free specialist healthcare services to villagers and underprivileged communities close to their homes.


The camp offered services in pediatrics, gynecology, general medicine, and ophthalmology. A total of 164 patients benefited from the initiative, held from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Patients received free medical consultation, medicines, eye tests, and spectacles. Facilities for ECG and blood pressure checks were also provided. The camp addressed common issues such as eye problems, body aches and arthritis, cough, cold and fever, as well as women’s health concerns.

The medical team was led by Dr. Deepak Kumar Pungle and included prominent specialists from Raipur, including Dr. Apeksha Singh Geharwar (Gynecologist), Dr. Smita (Pediatrician), Dr. Priyanka Gupta (Ophthalmologist), and Dr. Chetan Chaturvedi (MD Physician & DM Cardiologist).
Information about the camp was disseminated to village leaders and residents through invitations, social media, pamphlets, and public announcements. The registration and overall management of the camp were efficiently handled by the Adani Foundation team.

ATMSL and Adani Foundation reiterated their commitment to continuing such healthcare initiatives for local communities in the future.
The camp was inaugurated in the presence of Sarpanch Mrs. Tulsi Uike, Deputy Sarpanch Mr. Umashankar Yadav, President of the Women Entrepreneurs Multisector Cooperative Society (MUBSS) Mrs. Amita Singh, and Vice President Mrs. Vedmati Uike.
