Special Camps to be Organized for Submission of Digital Life Certificates by SECL Pensioners
• ‘DLC 4.0’ Campaign to Facilitate Pensioners in Submitting Digital Life Certificates ।
Bilaspur : South Eastern Coalfields Limited (SECL), in association with the Coal Mines Provident Fund Organisation (CMPFO), has launched the **‘DLC 4.0’ Special Campaign** for submission of **Digital Life Certificates (DLC)** by pensioners.
The campaign is being conducted during **November 2025** across SECL Headquarters and all operational areas in line with the directives of the Government of India. The initiative aims to facilitate pensioners in completing their annual DLC submission conveniently and to ensure uninterrupted disbursement of pension benefits.
At SECL Headquarters, Bilaspur, a special camp will be organized from **4 November to 28 November 2025 (excluding Saturdays and Sundays)**. Camps will also be held across various operational areas as follows: **Korba Area (4–5 November), Raigarh Area (6–7 November), Gevra Area (10–11 November), Kusmunda Area (12–13 November), Jamuna–Kotma Area (13–14 November), Chirmiri Area (17–19 November), Baikunthpur Area (20–21 November), Bhatgaon Area (5 November), Bishrampur Area (6 November), Hasdeo Area (10–12 November), Sohagpur Area (10–11 November), and Johilla Area (12–13 November).**
Pensioners may visit their nearest camp and submit their **Digital Life Certificate free of cost**. They are required to carry their **Pension Payment Order (PPO), Bank Passbook, and Aadhaar-linked mobile number** for authentication and processing.
The SECL management has appealed to all retired employees to ensure timely submission of their Digital Life Certificates at the designated camps to avoid any interruption in pension disbursement. It has been clarified that failure to submit the Life Certificate within the stipulated time may lead to **temporary suspension of pension payments**.
