NBCC Announces Leadership Change at HSCC India

New Delhi : NBCC (India) Limited has announced a key management change at its wholly owned subsidiary, HSCC (India) Limited, following office orders issued by the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs (MoHUA) on February 4, 2026.

According to the announcement, Shri Novman Ahmed, who was serving as Managing Director of HSCC (India) Limited, has been repatriated to his parent organization, NBCC (India) Limited, with immediate effect. His tenure as Managing Director of HSCC has consequently come to an end.

In the interim, Shri Praveer Kumar, Joint Secretary (National Urban Digital Mission) at MoHUA, has been given additional charge as Managing Director of HSCC (India) Limited. He will hold the position until a regular appointment is made or until further orders are issued by the competent authority.

NBCC clarified that the leadership change is purely administrative in nature and does not involve any violation or regulatory non-compliance. The company also stated that the development will not have any material impact on its financial position or operational performance.

The move is aimed at ensuring uninterrupted functioning and continuity of operations at HSCC (India) Limited. NBCC further noted that the disclosure has been made in compliance with the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
