Two important meetings of Pradesh Congress concluded

Raipur : Two important meetings of the State Congress were held in the presence of State Congress President Deepak Baij and Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant.
The first meeting was of the District Congress Presidents and the second meeting was of the State Congress Executive (Vice President, General Secretary, Working Members).
In this meeting, discussion and review was held on formation of Mandal, Sector committees under Organization Creation, appointment of President in Block Congress Committee under Organization Creation was discussed and relief from the terrible natural disaster, flood in Bastar division was discussed. The problems being faced by farmers due to shortage of chemical fertilizers-Urea and DAP in the state were discussed, reports of various issues of the past months like Constitution Bachao Rally, Bijli Nyay, Shiksha Nyay, dharna, demonstration programs held under it were discussed. Along with this, discussions were held on the programs organized under “Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod” Abhiyan and future action plan as per the instructions of AICC, future strategy for strengthening the organization was discussed.
Talking to media after the meeting , State Congress President Deepak Baij said that District Congress Presidents, State executive A meeting was held with the Chief Minister. Mainly, the work of creating an organization is going on in the whole state, in which divisional and sector committees are being made and are almost complete. Also, a discussion was held about the heavy rains in the Bastar division. Today, the State Congress Committee has dispatched food items for the flood-affected people in Bastar and will distribute relief material to the affected people. The Congress Committee is running a relief fund campaign for the flood-affected people. The State Congress Committee is fully standing with the flood-affected people of Bastar. All the district presidents and senior leaders are ready to help the flood-affected people as per their requirements through the relief fund.
There is an outcry in the entire state over the shortage of urea, farmers are sitting on strike, the government is not concerned. Regarding these issues, the District Congress Committee has been directed to raise the voice of the farmers and stand with them.
A grand demonstration was also held at the district and block headquarters regarding the Save Constitution Rally. There was a discussion on electricity and education justice. The District Congress Committee has done a good job on all three issues.
Under the Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhodo Abhiyan, a state level demonstration program is being organized in Bilaspur on 9th September. The responsibility of preparing this program has been given to the Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant. In-charge Sachin Pilot Ji will be present in the Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhodo program.
We will work to spread the campaign of Vote Chor, Gaddi Chhod in every village, in schools, through street plays, through posters.
For strengthening the organization, from October, we will intensify dharnas, demonstrations, marches, meetings against the government. Positive discussions were also held regarding these. For the betterment of the organization, district presidents were instructed and discussed about the previous program and the guidelines issued by the AICC.
While talking to the media, Leader of Opposition Dr. Charandas Mahant said that in today’s meeting, a strategy was made for strengthening the party and programs. There was a discussion on the formation of blocks, divisions, zones in the organization. The flood in Bastar is worrisome. The state government should help the flood victims of Bastar from the State Disaster Relief Fund, National Disaster Relief Fund. Provide ration, medicines, and other resources in abundance. I have also written a letter to the Chief Minister to help the people of Bastar.
