Raipur Big Breaking: Prime accused in Rs. 65 lakh robbery turns out to be a neighbour, 10 arrested from Durg and Rajnandgaon

Raipur । Raipur police have achieved a major breakthrough in the high-profile Rs. 65 lakh robbery case that took place in Anupam Nagar last Tuesday. The prime accused has been identified as a next-door neighbour, and a total of 10 suspects have been arrested in connection with the crime. Acting on intelligence inputs, Raipur police conducted an overnight operation in Durg and Rajnandgaon, where the accused were hiding to divide the looted cash. The robbery was reportedly executed over a land dispute. Following a crucial lead on the robbers’ whereabouts, a 60-member special task force comprising 10 separate teams was dispatched late at night under the leadership of Additional SP (ACCU) and in-charge Paresh Pandey. The teams successfully apprehended the suspects and brought them back to Raipur by 6 AM.
Raipur Police give full disclosure in the evening. A special credit of solving this crime goes to Raipur SSP Dr Lal Umed Singh and his team.
