New Delhi । A new laptop manufacturing facility was inaugurated today in Tambaram near chennai. The factory was inaugurated by Union Minister for Railways, Communications, Electronics and Information Technology, Ashwini Vaishnaw.
During the event, a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) was signed between SYRMA SGS laptop manufacturing company and Taiwan’s MSI company. The agreement was executed in the presence of the Union Minister.
“Products manufactured in India under the Make in India initiative will be sold in the global market. This will significantly increase employment opportunities in India,” said Minister Ashwini Vaishnaw.
He noted that the Central Government is taking various measures to promote the manufacturing sector, and this factory represents a significant step in that direction.
