International Women’s Day 2025: Special event of women’s honor ceremony of Adaani Foundation and honors of women.

Udaipur । On the occasion of International Women’s Day 2025, Adani Foundation organized the Mahila Samman ceremony on Saturday at village Salhi. A massive ceremony was organized at the sports ground of village Salhi under the social participation of Parsa East Kete Basan Coal mine located in Udaipur development block of Surgujazili of Rajasthan State Electricity Generation Corporation Limited. In the program organized, more than 500 women powers of districts of Surguja, Surajpur, Korba, Bilaspur, Raipur etc. of Chhattisgarh were invited. Rajesh Aggarwal, MLA of the area, was present as the chief guest at this honor ceremony organized on the theme of “Accelerate Action”. At the beginning of the ceremony, many attractive childhood games were organized for women, such as the ball, the bucket, the game of luck, the bottle, etc. filled everyone with enthusiasm.

The women who came here participated in sports and spoke of their childhood memories being fresh. Along with this, stalls of products installed by women of invited self -help groups from various districts were also the main attraction of the function in which a total of eight self -help groups participated. In which Jagriti Self Help Group-Mardhar Castume Jewelery, Aradhana Self Help Group-Udaipur mushroom production, Jai Maa Mahamaya Self Help Group-Udaipur mixed, Sathya Sai Women’s Multi-Multi-Territory Cooperative Society-Tahari Ki B. Wax, Foot Cream, Full Leaf Mala, Kamla Self Help Group Guma Poetry of Guma,Nature Self Help Group-Udaipur Ethics, Papad, Mix Oyam, Women’s Multi-purpose Cooperative Society Parsa Masala, Sanarya Pad, Milk Dairy stalls also became the center of attraction for people. Along with this, the stall of Mrs. Kavita Dev of Immunes Millets from Raipur attracted attention to the people. M.Ed Gold Medalist from Andhra University, Mrs. Kavita Dev is a visionary entrepreneur, teacher and health advocate. Who has started a trip to a motivational entrepreneurship in agriculture and millet business for the last seven years. He explained that “Millets are a type of grain that are similar to wheat, rice, and barley, but there are more nutrition and health benefits than other informal grains. Especially in the Indian subcontinent, the agricultural agriculture is done on a large scale. Whereas there are many types of it in Chhattisgarh, such as jowar, millet, ragi, and food millets etc. Along with this, many dignitaries including Rajasthan State Electricity Production Corporation Limited Chief Engineer Babulal Verma, Chief of Cluster Manoj Kumar Shahi of Adani Interpresses, Cluster HR Head Shri Ram Dwivedi, and other officers, all the dignitaries including all the teams of Adani Foundation were present. The purpose of this Yojana is to promote women’s empowerment, self -sufficiency and their respect. All the women greeted International Women’s Day by cutting the cake along with the chief guest Rajesh Aggarwal. Addressing the gathering in his address, Mr. Aggarwal said that, “Today, the condition and direction of women has changed all over the world including India. He is no longer abla but the whole world is operated by him. Now the time has come that women all over the world including India be discussed in detail for the rights of equality and to carry them forward. ” MLA Mr. Aggarwal went to the stalls at the ceremony and inquired about their products from women and also bought their products. At the same time, he also enjoyed Chhattisgarhi cuisine in the food stall.  Also, 500 women were honored, who are making special contribution to their plays. Which includes teachers, doctors, social workers and women of self -help group. During this time, Mrs. Kavita Dev, who has made a place in the field of millets, gave detailed information to the meeting in the benefits of the millets. Manoj Kumar Shahi, Chief of Cluster of Adani Enterprises, said that we are committed to the empowerment of women in the area. In which various programs are conducted to make women self -sufficient. Apart from this, our CSR team will provide assistance to women of our project affected villages who need any kind of assistance in daily -oriented projects.
