Raipur : In a spirited celebration of creativity, learning, and togetherness, Adani Foundation successfully concluded a seven-day summer camp at Tarashiv village under the Tilda block, igniting joy and aspirations among over 200 school children from 12 surrounding villages.

Held under the social responsibility initiatives of Adani Power Limited, Raipur, the camp became a vibrant platform where children explored a plethora of activities ranging from painting, reading, clay modeling, dance, physical games, craft-making, puppet-making, origami, yoga sessions, action word games, to traditional art forms like mehndi and musical antakshari. Each segment was meticulously designed to enhance creative thinking, physical fitness, mental alertness, and cultural values.

Officials from Adani Foundation emphasized that such camps not only boost children’s artistic and cognitive skills but also instill invaluable virtues like teamwork, mutual respect, and social harmony. Through activities like ‘Tiffin Sharing’, children were sensitized about community spirit and the essence of collective well-being.

The closing ceremony witnessed spirited participation from the community, with Sarpanch Mrs. Purnima Manish Verma extending hearty congratulations to the children and expressing deep appreciation for the Adani Foundation’s persistent commitment to rural development. Regional representatives also pledged continued support for such grassroots empowerment programs.

Adani Foundation’s ongoing initiatives in the villages surrounding their Raipur plant encompass a wide spectrum—ranging from education, healthcare, nutrition support, environmental conservation to sports and skill development—seamlessly integrating the vision of sustainable and inclusive progress.
