Balodabazar Bhatapara – Uploading child pornography videos related to children on various social media, online sites comes under the category of serious crime. Outpost – Baya, Police Station – Rajadevri Police duly arrested the accused involved in the child pornography case and presented him in the honorable court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand. According to the detailed information received in this regard from the Superintendent of Police office, as per the cyber tipline sent by the NCRB branch New Delhi of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, action is continuously being taken by the District Balodabazar-Bhatapara Police against the accused who upload pornography videos related to children on various social media. Uploading pornography videos / photos related to children in any way through online sites or mediums is a legal offense. In such an act, as per the cyber tipline sent by the NCRB branch New Delhi of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, a crime is registered against the concerned accused and action is taken. In crime number 64/2024 of Rajadevri police station under section 67 (B) of the IT Act, sent by the NCRB branch of the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, for appropriate action in the cyber tip line matter, the login IP address of the suspect of the cyber tip line matter was given on the date and time of the incident, 28 April 2022 UTC. The said IP was analyzed after obtaining information from the service provider company, in which the tower location of the login IP was reported to be in the Rajadevri police station area of the holder of the suspicious mobile at the date and time of the incident. On which the crime was registered by the Rajadevri police station and taken into investigation. During the investigation of the case, on finding out the IP address of the accused who uploaded pornographic videos related to women/children on social media, it was found that the videos were uploaded through his mobile number 70004 25443. The accused mobile holder Rishikesh Yadav was formally arrested today by the Police of Outpost- Baya, Police Station- Rajadevri and presented in the honorable court, from where he was sent to jail on judicial remand.
