Chhattisgarh will improve with new industrial policies: Industry Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan

Raipur ।  Commerce and Industry Minister Lakhanlal Dewangan said that the new industrial policy in the state will start from November 1, 2024 and will remain in force till March 31, 2030. Chhattisgarh is working towards making Chhattisgarh a developed state by implementing new industrial policies through various schemes in the state. Is moving forward. As per the wish of Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi, an ambitious project like Amritkaal: New Industrial Development Policy 2024-30 of Chhattisgarh Vision @ 2047 has been started in the state of Chhattisgarh. Through this policy, a target has been set to create 5 lakh new formal sector jobs in the next 5 years by creating skilled employment for the youth of the state. In this policy, in addition to providing incentives to more than 1000 employment providing units, provision has been made for special incentives through training to convert local workers into formal employment. The aim of this new and important policy is to realize the vision of employment generation and leading industrial state through overall industrial development. Besides, incentives have to be given to public and private sector through big enterprises. In the new industrial policy, the period of enterprise aspiration is being increased from two years to five years through a simplified and balanced policy. For this, a Cabinet sub-committee will also be formed for effective implementation and quick decisions.
In this policy, for the first time, in order to provide more employment opportunities to the residents of the state in the enterprises, there is a provision of special industrial investment incentive on the basis of creation of 1000 or more jobs with the aim of local employment generation as well as for the number of residents of the state employed in the industries. per person on trainingReimbursement of training stipend of Rs 15,000 and EPF on employees.
