76th Republic Day celebrations celebrated with great enthusiasm in NTPC Sipat

Sipat The 76th Republic Day celebrations were celebrated with great enthusiasm on 26 January 2025 in NTPC Sipat. The flag was hoisted by the project chief Vijay Krishna Pandey Chief General Manager (Sipat) on this holy festival. During this time collective national anthem was sung with the children of Bal Bharti Public School. After that the Chief Guest Mr. C.I.S.F. And inspected the parade of Bal Bharti Public School. During this time CISF March past was conducted by the soldiers of the Indian Army and the students of Bal Bharti Public School. Through his address, the Chief Guest highlighted the importance of Republic Day and extended hearty congratulations and best wishes to all the employees, their families and school students present at the function on the 76th Republic Day. Vijay Krishna Pandey, Chief General Manager, recalled the achievements of NTPC, saying that the total established capacity of NTPC is 76,733 MW, including joint enterprises, our major goal is our major goal in the development of the country and society by meeting the energy needs of the country. Recalling the achievements of NTPC Sipat, he said that during the year 2024-25, a total of 18634.28 million units of electricity was produced at the rate of 87.14% percent PLF. The Chief Guest appreciated the Corporate Social Responsibility Section, Sangwari Mahila Samiti, all unions and associations, Indian Coffee House, BBPS School, State Bank Sipat, Ujjwal Post Office and all the supporting agencies working in the project for their constructive and positive contribution.

During this, balloons symbolizing joy and happiness were released into the sky by Chief Guest Vijay Krishna Pandey and all other General Managers, other special guests and President of Sangwari Mahila Samiti, Smt. Sadhna Pandey, and officials of the committee, union and association representatives. . During this, attractive tableaux were displayed by Operations, Central Workshop & Turbine, BMD, MGR Department and MM Offsite Department. On this occasion, Chief Guest Vijay Krishna Pandey, Chief General Manager (Sipat), Anil Shankar Sharan, General Manager (Operation and Maintenance) and other General Managers were honored with “Meritorious” award by the employees who did excellent work in the project. During the function, as part of the cultural program, patriotic inspired group dances and songs were presented by the students of Tiny Blossom Play School, Bal Bhavan, Disha Kendra and Bal Bharti Public School, Higher Secondary School Sipat, Janji and Kaudiya and Rank. On this occasion, Chief Guest Vijay Krishna Pandey, Chief General Manager (Sipat) Anil Shankar Sharan, General Manager (Operations and Maintenance) and other General Manager Gan, President Sangwari Mahila Samiti Mrs. Sadhana Pandey, and Committee officials, Principal, Bal Bharati Public School, Shalabh Corporation, Deputy Commandant, CISF MunirajMeena, all union and association officials were present in Ujjwal Nagar and nearby villagers. Earlier, in Bal Bhavan, the Chairman of Sangwari Mahila Samiti, Mrs. Sadhana Pandey, hoisted the flag of the committee and the children of Bal Bhavan, Tiny Blasls Play School, Disha Kendra on the 76th Republic Day by hoisting the flag. Similarly, in the Stage-1 Service Building complex, General Manager (Operation and Maintenance) Anil Shankar Sharan hoisted the flag and congratulated the employees on Republic Day.
