Arvind Tiwari’s report
Bilaspur । Last afternoon, Superintendent of Police Bilaspur Rajnesh Singh and District Magistrate Bilaspur Avnish Sharan were going together in the Collector’s car to attend a program. Some distance behind them, the driver of the Superintendent of Police was also driving his vehicle. After the Collector’s vehicle crossed at Satyam Chowk, the signal turned red, yet the signal was jumped by the driver of the Superintendent of Police’s vehicle. This incident was captured in the ITMS camera and the Superintendent of Police immediately received information about the challan through message. Bilaspur Superintendent of Police Rajnesh Singh (IPS) was not a passenger in the vehicle at that time, yet pretending to be a responsible citizen, he immediately issued a challan of Rs 2000 online and obtained its receipt from the traffic police station. Along with this, the Superintendent of Police directed his driver to follow the traffic rules. In the eyes of Bilaspur Police, every vehicle is equal, whether it is the car of any VIP or an ordinary citizen. Bilaspur Police appeals that every person should follow the traffic rules otherwise God above is watching everything
